All of the 2010-2011 Forms and Documents have now been updated. You can find them in the General Info drop down menu above. The File/Photo Browser from the Class Info menu above has some new changes. If a folder contains documents or photos, it now indicates so.
Our mobile site is now updated as well. You can now access the latest bulldog, the current and next month lunch menu (when available), the school calendar, Latest School News, Latest Parish News, and a link to the full school and parish site. If St. Mary's posts a warning message, it will also show on both the Full Site and Mobile Site. You can find us at www.mystmarys.com from your mobile phone.

Our last day of school will be Friday, June 11th. School will begin at 8:00 am as usual. There will not be bus service on June 11th. We will have a prayer service at 8:30, come back to our classrooms afterwards, and then begin our awards ceremony at 10:00. Students will be dismissed after the awards ceremony (approximately 11:00). Please make sure to let us know if someone else is picking up your child at 11:00 on Friday by sending a note. We will not have after-school care on Friday, June 11th.

Reds Night is tonight, Monday, May 24th. Our 5th -8th grade singers will be riding a bus to the event, then released to their parents after they sing. Singers should be at school in their Reds shirts and beige pants by 4:45 p.m. The bus will leave school at 5:00 p.m. We look forward to a very special night for our students.
Our 8th grade graduation will be this Wednesday, May 26th at 7:00. Thank you to Katie Lynch Lewis for organizing the reception that follows.
Thank you to all who were involved in making Teacher Appreciation Week so special for our teachers and staff. A big thanks to Ann Hutchinson for organizing the week and everything else she has done for us as P.T.O. President.
School will not be in session this Monday, May 31st so families may celebrate Memorial Day.
Please return registration packets as soon as you can so that we can start preparing for the 2010/11 school year.

St. Mary's School will be hosting an Open House from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. This will be an opportunity for new students to visit our school and our current students to visit the classroom that they will be in next year.

Grandparents are invited to spend time in their grandchild's classroom on the afternoon of Friday, April 9th from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. Helping with a family based activity, having fun at recess, and spending time after school at the book fair are all on the agenda.
If you would like to attend, please send in a note with your grandchild so that their teacher will know how many guests to expect. Also include in the note, signed by a parent, if a grandparent will be taking their grandchild home from school.
We look forward to spending a fun filled afternoon with you.
