It is important that all parents who enroll their children as parishioners at St. Mary’s School understand that the church subsidizes a large portion of the actual tuition cost for each child. It is the weekly contributions made to the parish each Sunday by all St. Mary’s Parishioners that make each school year possible. In order to receive the parishioner discount, it is your obligation to be an active parishioner of St. Mary’s Church by regular attendance and the use of church envelopes.
§ Tuition payments are due by the 5th of the month. A late fee of $10.00 may be added to your account when payment is more than 5 days past due. If you are having difficulty making the payment please let the school know and the late fee can be waived.
§ Registration fee is $30.00. Please return completed registration packet with the $30.00 registration fee (per family) on or before June 15. Registrations received after this date will be charged a fee of $50.00.
§ Book fee is $135.00 per student in grades 1-8. Book fees are due July 1.
§ Kindergarten students pay a book fee of $85.00. Book fees are due July 1.
§ A $20.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
Members of the parish may apply for tuition assistance. Please call the school office to request the required forms. Forms must be returned no later than August 1st. Families applying for assistance are responsible for the $30.00 registration fee and all book fees. Please attach a note to your returned forms stating that you wish to apply for tuition assistance and we will send the information to you.
