St. Mary’s After-School Care Program

2009/2010

Program Times:          2:30 to 6:00 p.m.

Place:                          St. Mary’s School Cafeteria

Cost:                           $1.75 per half-hour per child

Payment is to be made by check (payable to St. Mary’s School).  If paid with cash, exact amount is needed.  Payment should be made on a weekly basis (Friday or last day of care for that week).  Non-payment may result in the withholding of report cards and/or dismissal from the After School Program.

Students that have not been picked up by 2:35 will be placed in the After School Program with the appropriate charge being assumed by the parent.  Students will not be allowed to stay on school property unsupervised.

A late charge of $1.00 for every five minutes will be paid directly to the head teacher.  If you are running late, phone calls to the office should be made, if possible.

A healthy snack will be provided at no charge.  If your child would like milk – it will be available for 30 cents.

The After School Program will be held on school days only.  If school is not in session, no after-school care.  If school is cancelled for snow or other emergency – no after school care.
